2019 – Brut Nature – Sparkling – (75cl)
A champagne-style Extra Brut sparkling wine, no dosage. Dry, ample and rich in the mouth with a rounded mineral finish. Light notes of Indian tonic and bitter lemon. Vibrant and mineral that only a wine with age can deliver.

A stellar aperitif with seafood based canapés. Ideal with grilled sea bass and a coriander and lemon sauce, or a lobster tasting menu.
Drink at 6-8° C. Aging potential (10 years minimum)
